Under garments are final sale for hygienic reasons no exchanges or no returns.
If Exquisite Couture makes a mistake by sending you the wrong size, please contact us immediately our company will be sure to send you the correct size on the unworn item. All items are inspected before shipped they are unworn & unused garments

We will carefully expect the item, and be sure to send you the correct size within 5 to 7 business days.

All Standard shipping takes 5-7 Business Days, All International shipping takes 7-10 Business days, if you haven't received your package buy the 7th day please contact us, tracking numbers are provided and will be sent to the email that's listed on your invoice. We highly advise our customers to revise their order upon checkout.Please make sure your shipping address is the correct address that you want to receive your package at. We are not responsible for packages that was shipped out to the wrong address that you provided.
