1.Question: Where are my items being shipped from?
Answer: Tampa, Fl

2.Question: Is there Worldwide Shipping available?
Answer: Yes international Shipping is offered, customs cost will apply

3. Question: How long will it take to receive my package?
Answer: All domestic shipping takes 5-7 Business Days, All international shipping takes 7-140 Business Days

4. Question: How do I know what size to order? Answer: We advise our customers to measure their waist with a measuring tape for accuracy , then revert to the size chart to see what size you need. The garments run true to size.

5.Question: How long do I wear my garments for?
Answer: You wear your garments for your entire workouts. If you're not working out in it and just simply running errands in it 4-6 hours is the maximum time you should wear it a day

6. Question: How do I wash my garment?
Answer: You can wash it in the washer machine or hand wash it, let it air dry, do not put it in the dryer it could be to harsh on your product

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, we do not give refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns. Please measure your waist/thighs /body and/or email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. Exquisite Couture's products are brand new & unused . They are non refundable, exchangeable or returnable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. 7.Question: Can I cancel my order?
Answer: We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed

8. Question: Can you return your garment if it doesn't fit?
Answer: No , we do not accept any garments back, due to hygienic reasons.

9. Question: If I put the wrong address down when I purchased my garments and the garment gets shipped to the wrong address is Exquisite Couture responsible for it.

Answer: No, please check your shipping address and make sure it's a safe and secured destination, we ship the garments to the exact same location you request it to be sent to. We are not responsible for any products going to the incorrect address.

10. If Exquisite Couture send me the wrong products could I ship it back and get the correct item.

Answer: Yes it is our responsibility that our customers get the correct product, if we ever make that mistake your product will be shipped to you immediately.
